Manga – for Teens **New Dates Coming Soon**

Manga p

“Manga”, (Japanese comics) became popular in Japan during the twentieth century by Osamu Tezuka. “Ga” means
drawing, painting, or drawn image – like printmaking and “Man” means entertaining, caricature.

For our workshops, Life of Art will offer, to children, an introduction to the creation of their own manga. They will learn to build a character, a scenario and an environment through different techniques (how to draw the face, hair, expressions, body proportion, movement etc.). This will be a great opportunity for them to give free rein to their talent and imagination.

A 5 day workshop where each session lasts 2 hours with a maximum of 10 children from 10 – 15 years old.
All your material is provided. The children leave with their manga at the end of the workshop.
